   within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
